The resort has a unique charm with its mobile homes and cabins, but we faced quite a few issues during our stay. The cleanliness left something to be desired, and some amenities didn’t work as expected. On the upside, the price was reasonable compared to other options in the area.

I had a great stay at the Lake Ida beach resort. The cottage I stayed in was clean and comfortable, perfect for my Ironman 70.3 race weekend. The owners were extremely nice, and the price for my two-night stay was fantastic. However, my experience was not fully positive as some amenities were lacking. Overall, it’s a decent place for the value, but improvements are needed for a better experience.
